1. Overview
This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of digital products purchased from Oyescripts. By purchasing and downloading any product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Types
2.1 Regular License
The Regular License grants you the right to use the product for a single end product which end users are not charged for. Specifically, you can:
- Use the product to create one end product for yourself or one client
- Modify or manipulate the product as needed
- Combine the product with other works to create a derivative work
Restrictions:
- Cannot be used in products that are sold to end users
- Cannot be redistributed or resold as-is
- Cannot be used in multiple projects (one license = one project)
2.2 Extended License
The Extended License includes all rights granted by the Regular License, plus:
- Use in a product that is sold to end users
- Use in products where users pay to access (SaaS applications)
- Use in products sold as merchandise
2.3 Unlimited/Developer License
Where available, the Unlimited License grants:
- All rights from Extended License
- Use in unlimited projects
- Use for unlimited clients
3. Permitted Uses
Under all license types, you are permitted to:
- Create customized versions of the product
- Use for personal or commercial projects (as per license type)
- Store a backup copy of the product
- Receive product updates during the support period
4. Prohibited Uses
Regardless of license type, you may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product as a standalone item
- Include the product in a code repository (public or private) where others can access it
- Use the product to create a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Share your license with multiple users (unless specifically licensed for teams)
- Use for illegal or unethical purposes
5. Support and Updates
5.1 Support Period
Each purchase includes a support period as specified in the product listing. Support typically includes:
- Bug fixes and patches
- Answers to technical questions
- Assistance with implementation
5.2 Updates
During the support period, you are entitled to receive product updates free of charge. Updates may include:
- Bug fixes and security patches
- Compatibility updates
- Feature enhancements
6. Intellectual Property
The product and all copies thereof are proprietary and title remains with the original author/seller. The product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The author/seller does not warrant that the product will meet your specific requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the author/seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the product.
9. License Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the product.
10. Verification
We reserve the right to verify license compliance. Unlicensed use may result in legal action and removal of access to our services.
